Orders submitted for online assessments are fulfilled in two business days.
Orders for paper/pencil assessments are scheduled to arrive at the site at least two weeks before the scheduled test date.
Access key resources with only a click of the mouse including product listing, pricing, order timelines, and order history.
Once orders are processed, participant user codes for online testing are posted to the Client Services Center. Site coordinators can prepare for administration by:
Assigning user codes to individual participants*
Downloading a list of user codes in Excel or convenient label format
Completing demographic information, if applicable
