Message from the Board –A letter from NOCTI Board of Trustees Chairperson, Joanna Kister, Ph.D. Jo Kister is a consultant for education and workforce development focusing on career-technical education policy and leadership; career-technical curriculum, instruction, and assessment; high school improvement; and small learning communities: career and themed academies. Jo is a former Ohio State Director of Career-Technical and Adult Education and currently resides in Florida.
