How do I place an order?
For customer convenience NOCTI provides an online order process. Online ordering includes many benefits such as electronic submission, order receipt confirmation, order history, the ability to order multiple product lines in one order and more. Refer to the Student Assessment Site Coordinator Guide for order details. Orders may also be faxed or mailed for those organizations unable to submit orders online (download forms from http://www.nocti.org/forms.cfm).
I received my invoice. When will I receive my order?
- NOCTI will prepare and ship paper/pencil orders with scheduled test dates between January 1 and June 30 to arrive at the administration site at least two weeks prior to the scheduled assessment session date.
- Orders with assessment sessions scheduled between July 1 and December 31 will be processed in the order in which they are received.
- Orders for online administration will be filled within two business days of receiving a completed order form. The Site Coordinator will receive an email notification that online user codes are ready for pick up at the Client Services Center (http://clientservices.nocti.org).
Are new coordinator training sessions available?
NOCTI does offer Site Coordinator Training throughout the school year. These trainings are held via WebEx teleconference and all new coordinators are encouraged to attend. A schedule of training dates is available on the NOCTI website in the Training tab or by calling NOCTI at 1-800-334-6283.
Where do I send my completed answer sheets?
Ship answer sheets directly to NOCTI, 500 N. Bronson, Big Rapids, Michigan 49307, via a service that can be tracked (i.e. UPS, FedEx). Shipping receipts should be retained until answer sheets are received by NOCTI. Answer sheets should be packaged and shipped separately from materials being returned for credit.
What should I do with my used test booklets?
Sites are responsible for the disposition of used assessment booklets by one of the following methods:
- Books should be destroyed after the assessment session in such a way that they cannot be retrieved (shredding is recommended).
- Books should be returned to a central location, if required by your state or by your testing organization.
What do I do with unused assessment booklets/answer sheets?
Unused assessments can be returned for credit ONLY if the booklet is unopened (sealed) and accompanied by an unused answer sheet, within 180 days of purchase, and with NOCTI authorization. Once the materials have been returned and verified, a credit will be placed on your account, minus a handling fee. Please refer to the Return Policy on page 14 of the Site Coordinator Guide for Student Assessment.
Where can I find my Client Services Center password if I forgot it?
Site Coordinators may go to the Client Services Center (http://clientservices.nocti.org) and click on “Forgot your password?” Enter your site code and click on Send My Password. Your password will be emailed to you.
Where do I find my site code?
Site Coordinators may refer to Welcome email communications from NOCTI or by calling us at 1-800-334-6283.
Why can’t you release information to someone other than the Site Coordinator?
Security is a critical piece of the assessment program. Site Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that assessment security is maintained throughout the testing process.
